I Will Shave My Head if the Fed Raises the Rate Tomorrow

I'm fairly certain that it's illegal for anyone (except politicians) to smoke marijuana in Washington, DC.  But I'll be proven wrong if the Fed raises the Fed Funds rate tomorrow.

If the Fed raises the base rate tomorrow, I will shave my head.
